Indian head massage

This holistic form of massage has been practiced in India for thousands of years and is extremely relaxing. This very gentle massage of head, neck and shoulders relieves stress and tension, lowers blood pressure and improves circulation. Great as prevention for headaches and migraines.


Duration: 35/40 minutes 35 euros
Indian head massage and Reiki

This wonderful treatment combines the holistic traditional Indian head massage, which relieves tension in the head, neck and shoulder area and improves sleep with Reiki energy work. The 30-minute massage is followed by a 30-minute Reiki treatment while lying down, during which one's energy is possibly replenished. Depending on your needs, this treatment can have a deeply relaxing or invigorating effect, significantly restoring your sense of well-being.

Back, shoulder and neck massage


When we are overwhelmed, we carry the world “on our shoulders,” so to speak. Equally, one-sided repetitive movements, like sitting in front of a screen for long periods of time, also take their toll. This classic massage loosens tense muscles, stimulates blood circulation and can significantly improve one's posture when given regularly.


Duration: 30 minutes 35 euros

Aromatherapy Massage

During this full-body massage you will be pampered with essential oil blends that, depending on your choice, can be relaxing, comforting, uplifting or pain-relieving. When inhaling the scent molecules, brain function and blood circulation are improved, stress is reduced, digestion is positively influenced and the immune system is strengthened.
Energy Massage

With this treatment you will receive a full body massage combined with Reiki Energy Work.  In other words, I pause from time to time to allow Reiki healing energy to flow to specific areas. The Massage works more effecitvely and more harmoniously. The body's own self-healing ability is furthermore supported.

Duration: 65 / 70 minutes 65 euros or 35 minutes 38 euros
 Lymphatic Drainage Massage

A very gentle massage that harmonises the fluid balance in the body. Targeted at primarily arms and legs or chest area. Often helpful after operations or cancer therapy.
Duration: 30 minutes 35 euros (also 60 minutes possible)
 Reflexology

The feet are a mirror of the entire body system. This gentle massage stimulates all reflex zones, which relaxes one's mind, sould and body, stimulates circulation and improves general well-being.

Duration: 40 minutes for 40 euros
