Positive effects of yoga

Yoga is the perfect antidote to our restless and often stressful lifestyle. Isa Cave Yoga offers gentle Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow and Yin Yoga classes from beginner to intermediate level. Each class includes yoga poses (the asanas), a relaxing final meditation and occasionally breathing exercises. The main focus is to relieve stress and tension while strengthening and toning muscles and increasing flexibility.

Yogis/yoginis (yoga practitioners, male/female) of all ages and shapes are welcome at Isa Cave Yoga!

COURSE DESCRIPTION:

Hatha yoga Sanft - certified prevention course
Gentle variation of classic yoga postures. There is also joint mobilization. From 55 years of age or with health restrictions.

Hatha (vinyasa) yoga-certified prevention course
All muscle groups are strengthened, stretched and mobility increased. The postures are practiced standing and on the ground.

Yoga for sedentary jobs - certified prevention course
a gentle yoga practice - stretching and relaxing. Shortenings in the neck, shoulders and legs are specifically addressed.
Yin mantra Yoga*harmonium accompanied
Through the long stretches (approx. 3 minutes) we stretch the fascia and increase our mobility. Without muscle tension - shut down - turn off your head.

General recommendation

There should ideally be 2-3 hours between a large meal and the yoga class, 1 hour after a light snack. No restrictions regarding age or fitness level, the desire to get to know yoga is enough!
